Job Description – Senior HR Recruiter

Location: Wave City, Ghaziabad
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Experience Required: 2–3 years in Core Recruitment

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements across industries. Key Responsibilities

·       Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions within deadlines.

·       Use multiple sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking, and referrals) to attract top talent.

·       Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across IT and Non-IT domains.

·       Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand job requirements.

·       Ensure smooth candidate experience and maintain professional communication throughout the hiring process.

·       Track recruitment metrics and share regular reports with management.

Eligibility & Skills

·       Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

·       Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms.

·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

·       Candidates residing in Wave City, Ghaziabad, will be preferred.

·       Female candidates with a two-wheeler are highly desirable.

Work Schedule

·       Days: Monday to Saturday

·       Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

·       Note: Last Saturday of the month will be a day off.
