Job Title: Senior Executive – HR Operations

Company: Kalki Fashion

Location: Marol & Lower Parel, Mumbai

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Experience: 3–5 years in HR operations (Retail/Fashion industry preferred)

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources / Business Administration

Work Days: 6 days a week (rotational week off on Sat)

Kalki Fashion is a premium ethnic wear brand offering exquisite bridal and occasion wear across multiple locations and online. We're looking for a skilled and passionate Senior HR Operations Executive to streamline HR functions and foster a positive, compliant, and engaging work environment at our Marol and Lower Parel stores.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations

Oversee day-to-day HR administrative tasks across both locations

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and government regulations

Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related support

2. Attendance & Leave Management

Monitor and manage daily attendance through HRMS or biometric systems

Validate and reconcile attendance, leaves, and absences monthly

Ensure proper documentation for all leave types and approvals

Handle queries related to time & attendance issues

3. Payroll Management

Collate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, and deductions

Coordinate with the finance/payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement

Maintain records of advances, loans, incentives, and reimbursements

Handle post-payroll activities like payslip distribution and query resolution

4. Employee Welfare

Implement welfare programs including medical check-ups, insurance, etc.

Support employee health, safety, and well-being initiatives

Ensure grievance redressal and promote fair work practices

5. Employee Engagement & Happiness Index

Plan and execute monthly employee engagement activities

Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins to gauge employee morale

Track and analyze employee satisfaction & happiness index metrics

Share insights and recommend initiatives to improve workplace happiness

Key Skills Required

Proficiency in HRMS, attendance software & MS Excel

Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to manage multi-location operations effectively

Experience in employee engagement & welfare programs
