Job Description – Founder’s Personal Assistant
Location: Noida (Sector 62)
Work Mode: Full on-site role with frequent local & occasional outstation travel
Reporting to: Founder
Experience Required: 0–3 years
Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (depending on experience)
About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, reliable, and well-organized Personal Assistant to support the founder of Recruiting Genie LLP in day-to-day business coordination, communication, and travel. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of business operations, handling schedules, and keeping things running smoothly—while staying two steps ahead.
Key Responsibilities:
· Calendar & Meeting Management
Ø Organize the founder’s day, meetings, appointments, and reminders
Ø Coordinate internal team syncs, client calls, interviews, and travel schedules
· Travel & On-Ground Coordination
Ø Accompany the founder for client meetings, business events, and networking sessions
Ø Handle logistics, bookings, and last-minute changes professionally
Ø Be available for short business trips as needed
· Communication Support
Ø Draft, review, and respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, and LinkedIn DMs
Ø Follow up with clients, team members, and vendors on behalf of the founder
Ø Take notes during meetings and ensure action items are tracked and followed through
· Documentation & Administrative Tasks
Ø Assist in creating pitch decks, proposals, and SOPs
Ø Manage documents, reports, trackers, and day-to-day tasks via Google Workspace
Ø Help maintain CRM and lead follow-up sheets
· Personal & Errand Support
Ø Manage select personal coordination such as appointments, purchases, and ad-hoc needs
Ø Coordinate with external vendors or service providers if required
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
· Are well-spoken, organized, and proactive
· Can multitask and prioritize without constant supervision
· Are comfortable handling confidential information with maturity and discretion
· Are fluent in English and Hindi (written & spoken)
· Are tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, WhatsApp Web, and basic task tracking tools
· Are open to regular travel and dynamic work hours based on business needs
Eligibility & Preference:
· Minimum 0–3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
· Female candidates preferred due to nature of coordination and communication support expected
