Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees on time.
Validate attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions before payroll processing.
Handle full and final settlements of resigned employees.
Generate salary slips and resolve payroll-related queries.
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and related reconciliations.
Ensure timely remittance and filing of statutory contributions – PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity, etc.
Prepare and maintain compliance reports and registers as per statutory norms.
Liaise with external auditors, labour inspectors, and government authorities when required.
Stay updated on changes in labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Handle employee onboarding formalities and exit documentation.
Support HR audits by ensuring all documents are in compliance.
Update and maintain HRMS data accurately.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Support grievance handling, employee queries, and general HR administration.
Coordinate welfare activities and employee engagement programs.
