Job Summary:
Executive – HR is responsible for assisting in the overall corporate HR roles across multiple locations supporting the Assisting Manager - HR in managing all aspects of HR - Recruitment, Training & Development, Employees Engagement, Performance Management, Payroll Management, HRIS, Discipline, Grievance management, Employee Exit etc.
This position reports to the Assisting Manager - HR
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Employee attendance, generating report, verifying, and reporting
Keeping leave details handy
Maintaining Attendance register, Biometric devices of all sites, locations
Reporting anomalies
to the reporting manager, fixing the repair issues

Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
Any Graduate with Specialization in HR/Industrial Relations
Experience:
5 years HR Generalist experience in all facets of Human Resource Development (HRD) with an ability to communicate with upper management and other departments
