Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment• (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Coordinate with managers to understand •hiring requirements. (Non-IT)
Source candidates using •job portals, social media & networking.
Conduct HR interviews and schedule technical rounds.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles.
Negotiate offers and close positions within timelines.
Prepare and maintain •recruitment reports/MIS.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters.
Support employer branding & hiring campaigns.
