Job Description:
Manage end-to-end Recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
Prepare and issue HR documents (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation, increment, relieving, and termination letters).
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management system.
Process Payroll accurately and ensure timely Salary disbursement.
Manage full & final settlements of employees & Exit Interviews.
Support Performance Management process and appraisal cycle.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure employee engagement.
Training the Team and Learning Relevant Skills.
Oversee Office Administration and Facility Management.
Professionalism and Work Ethics.
Handling Grievances of Employees.
