We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead HR operations for our growing technology organization. You will be responsible for building and managing scalable HR processes, driving culture, and ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the best tech talent in the industry.
This role requires a deep understanding of the IT/tech environment, including the fast pace of change, high-performance expectations, and global talent competition.
Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Tech Hiring
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles across departments (developers, engineers, product, DevOps, QA, etc.).
Build talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill IT roles using strategic sourcing and employer branding.
Partner with tech leads and managers to define job requirements, screen candidates, and improve hiring quality.
Oversee recruitment tech stack including ATS and analytics dashboards.
Performance Management & Development
Implement performance review systems that align with agile and iterative development cycles.
Set up OKRs or KPIs tailored to tech roles and project-based outcomes.
Design and support technical skill development, leadership training, and upskilling programs.
HR Operations & Systems
Leverage HR tech (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS) to streamline processes and improve employee experience.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation for audits and compliance.
Generate regular HR reports and dashboards with key metrics (attrition, engagement, cost per hire, etc.).
Culture, Engagement & Retention
Develop and execute employee engagement strategies tailored to tech teams, including remote and hybrid models.
Support cross-functional collaboration, inclusion, and innovation across diverse tech teams.
Lead employee wellness, feedback, and recognition programs.
Compliance & Policy
Ensure HR policies comply with local labor laws and are adapted to tech work structures (e.g., remote, freelancing, hybrid teams).
Manage employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions professionally and discreetly.
Strategic HR Leadership
Contribute to workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
Act as a business partner to technical leadership, advising on team structure, compensation, and retention.
Support company scaling through people strategy during growth, M&A, or international expansion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
Strong understanding of the tech talent market, agile work environments, and startup or scale-up dynamics.
Proven ability to design and implement HR systems in fast-growing or high-performance organizations.
