Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for a variety of roles across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for client requirements.

Understand job descriptions, source relevant profiles using job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.

Conduct initial screening, interviews, and shortlisting of candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.

Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients until successful joining.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Prepare job postings and contribute to employer branding strategies.

Maintain and update MIS reports and daily recruitment trackers.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).

1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in a consultancy or staffing firm.

Proficiency in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job platforms.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple positions across different domains.

Goal-oriented, target-driven, and a self-starter.

Salary: As per industry standards 15k- 25k
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
