Role Overview:

The Senior HR Manager will be a strategic partner to leadership and a key driver of our HR initiatives, policies, and culture. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership, people management, and communication skills to lead HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior HR role.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.

• Proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Experience in [industry-specific expertise, if needed].

Preferred Skills:

• HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent.

• Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors).
