• We are looking for Senior HR Executive who has a hands on experience in recruiting and on boarding staff for the Dental Clinics spread across Hyderabad. 

• Candidates who worked in the roles of recruiting are preferred. 

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Implement HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

• Handle performance management systems, appraisals, and employee development plans.

• Maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll coordination.

• Conduct training and development sessions for staff skill enhancement.
