Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to Director. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle correspondence, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The candidate must be able to move within the city during office hours.
Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and files.
Draft, proofread, and manage emails, letters, and other correspondence.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal staff on behalf of the executive.
Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks and projects.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
