We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier sales professionals across various levels. You’ll collaborate closely with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and play a key role in building a high-performance sales team that drives business growth.
Partner with hiring managers to understand sales hiring requirements and role specifications.
Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ sales experience, competencies, and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates for current and future needs.
Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to support employer branding initiatives.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activity and hiring metrics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
2–5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on sales or commercial roles.
Strong understanding of sales roles (e.g., SDR, BDR, Account Executive, Sales Manager) and metrics (quota attainment, pipeline growth).
Proficiency in using sourcing tools and ATS platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Greenhouse).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
Experience hiring for SaaS, B2B, or high-growth startups.
Familiarity with CRM or sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Knowledge of DEI best practices in hiring.
