• Coordinate end-to-end overseas recruitment process for GCC clients, from demand letter to candidate mobilization.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, agencies, and internal databases.

• Prepare and forward candidate CVs and documents as per client specifications.

• Coordinate with clients for interview schedules (online / face-to-face) and ensure smooth execution.

• Maintain communication with candidates regarding job details, visa processing, and joining updates.

• Handle Ministry of Labour (MOL), Visa, and Emigration documentation in compliance with GCC regulations.

• Ensure timely submission of medical test reports, PCC, and other mandatory clearances.

• Follow up with travel agents for ticket booking and deployment schedules.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.

• Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Operations, HR) for processing candidate-related requirements.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business.

• Handle last-minute changes, candidate dropouts, and replacements efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and GCC recruitment regulations.

• Provide regular status reports to management and clients on recruitment progress.

• Support business development team in preparing proposals, tenders, and client presentations.
