• Education: A bachelors /Masters degree or a related field is preferred .

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Excle / MS Office ,Power Point

• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.

• Create compelling and detailed job descriptions.

• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and align withclient's company culture.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with guidance and updates throughout the recruitment process.

• Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure a successful hiring process.

• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings, fostering long-term relationships with top talent.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals and deadlines.

• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to inform hiring strategies and recommendations.
