Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Excle / MS Office ,Power Point
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties / Responsibilities:
Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
Create compelling and detailed job descriptions.
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and align withclient's company culture.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with guidance and updates throughout the recruitment process.
Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure a successful hiring process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings, fostering long-term relationships with top talent.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals and deadlines.
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to inform hiring strategies and recommendations.
