We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Recruiter with hands-on experience in bulk hiring for BPOs / Call Centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding large volumes of candidates while ensuring quality and timely closures.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for bulk hiring (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers, onboarding).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, referrals, and walk-ins.
Handle high-volume hiring targets within strict deadlines.
Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate communication skills, accent, and job fitment.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and manpower planning.
Organize recruitment drives / walk-ins for fresher & experienced BPO candidates.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Ensure joining ratio and minimize dropouts through proper engagement.
Provide regular recruitment status reports to management.
Proven experience in bulk hiring for voice / non-voice BPO roles.
Strong sourcing skills on Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Shine, Instahyre, etc.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Knowledge of MS Excel, ATS tools, and recruitment trackers.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts (if required).
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–4 years of relevant experience in bulk BPO recruitment.
