About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR processes, tools, and systems, and will be an excellent opportunity to understand how HR functions in a dynamic organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅Assist in day-to-day HR operations including employee documentation, onboarding, and offboarding processes
✅Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files
✅Support in organizing HR initiatives, like training, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs
✅Assist with payroll data collection and leave management
✅Generate HR-related reports and presentations as needed
✅Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
✅Help with compliance documentation and audits
✅Support HR team in implementing new processes and systems

🌟Requirements:

✅Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
✅Strong communication skills
✅Comfortable using MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
