Job Position: IT Recruitment Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

·         Need to understand the requirement(s) and be able to do Strong Sourcing, Screening, and searching the profiles.

·         Candidates should have sound knowledge of IT technologies.

·         Work in coordination with the Enterprise sales team to understand the various mandates that we are handling and Source/Filter the right fit profiles in line with the technology stack.

·         Handle the responsibilities right from understanding the requirement and sharing the profile to till final closure.

Key Requirements :

·      Candidates should have Strong verbal & Written communication skills              

·      Pro-active, Service-oriented , Independent

·      Enjoy Working as an HR Intern

Salary & Compensation:
• This is a full-time role at our Hyderabad location
• Salary & compensation will be as per industry standards.
• This role will have incentives based on performance as per company policy.
