This role is responsible for driving execution, maintaining structured communication, and ensuring follow-ups across all departments. The ideal candidate will act as the operational backbone—ensuring priorities are tracked, tasks are completed on time, and reporting systems are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operations and priorities for the founder and leadership team
Manage team follow-ups, task tracking, and ensure status updates across departments
Build and maintain structured reporting systems (Dashboards, Sheets, or PM tools)
Organize and monitor project timelines, deadlines, and accountability checkpoints
Streamline internal communication and improve workflow efficiency
Assist in aligning daily actions with business goals and critical outcomes
