Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive IT Recruiter to join our team in Ghansoli. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of IT roles and technologies, be skilled in CV screening, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and coordination with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• CV Screening: Evaluate resumes and technical profiles based on job requirements.

• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate with candidates and hiring panels to schedule interviews.

• IT Knowledge: Understand IT terminologies, tools, and platforms (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, SQL, Cloud, etc.) to assess candidate suitability.

• Candidate Sourcing: Source relevant profiles through job portals, social media, and referrals.

• Initial Screening: Conduct telephonic or video interviews to assess communication skills and technical understanding.

• Follow-up: Manage communication with candidates throughout the interview process until onboarding.

• Database Management: Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.

• Prior experience as an IT recruiter or in a technical recruitment role is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Location Preference:

Candidate must be comfortable working from Ghansoli office.
