The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions across various industries such as manufacturing, retail, BFSI, logistics, FMCG, healthcare, and more.
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Manage client relationships and understand hiring expectations.
Handle offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
