Understand job requirements and align with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and provide regular recruitment reports.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred.
