🎯 Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of technical and non-technical profiles, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience aligned with our organizational goals.
🌐 Key Responsibilities – Be the Digital Talent Magnet
• Master LinkedIn sourcing: Use advanced search, InMail, and talent insights to engage top-tier passive candidates
• Leverage social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook) to build talent pipelines and amplify employer branding
• Craft scroll-stopping job posts tailored for digital audiences, boosting visibility and engagement
• Engage in online communities and niche forums (e.g., GitHub, Behance, Reddit) to uncover hidden talent
• Track sourcing performance using analytics—optimize campaigns based on reach, conversion, and quality of hire
• Build a personal recruiter brand that attracts talent organically through thought leadership and authentic engagement
• Stay ahead of trends in digital hiring, social recruiting tools, and platform algorithms
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements across departments
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (telephonic/video/in-person)
• Coordinate technical assessments and final interviews
• Manage ATS and maintain accurate candidate records
• Draft compelling job descriptions and branding phrases for job ads
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.)
🧩 Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment
• Familiarity with ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Naukri RMS)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to assess both technical and behavioural competencies
• Knowledge of industry-specific hiring trends (IT, real estate, manufacturing, etc.)
