The Bulk Recruiter will be responsible for managing high-volume hiring processes across various departments within the organization. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple recruitment cycles efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and quality hiring to support the company’s operational and business expansion needs.
Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for multiple positions across operations, warehouse, sales, customer support, and logistics.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, TimesJobs, etc.), social media, field sourcing, and employee referrals.
Create and publish job postings for various job categories.
Screen large volumes of resumes and applications effectively.
Conduct telephonic and virtual initial screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews with respective managers and coordinate walk-in or mass recruitment drives.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for urgent and recurring hiring needs.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Organize bulk recruitment events, local job fairs, or campus hiring activities.
Maintain accurate hiring trackers, daily recruitment status reports, and candidate databases.
Coordinate documentation, offer letter issuance, and joining formalities.
Support the HR team in ensuring smooth onboarding for newly hired employees.
Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports for management.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company guidelines and hiring standards.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in bulk recruitment or mass hiring (preferably in e-commerce, logistics, retail, manufacturing, or staffing industries).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment under timelines.
Experience working with Excel, HRMS tools, and ATS systems.
Experience hiring for blue-collar, warehouse, or field roles.
Ability to manage multiple job categories simultaneously.
Strong sourcing network in the Rajkot region.
