Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, target profiles, and develop recruitment strategies.

• Source candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.

• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Assist with employer branding initiatives and attend career fairs or recruitment events as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (in-house or agency experience preferred).

• Familiarity with sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for [IT/NON IT].

• Certifications like PHR, SHRM-CP, or LinkedIn Recruiter Certification.
