Purpose of the role:
The Talent Sourcing Lead will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring for various bulk hiring positions, including but not limited to Apprentice hiring, Picker, Packer, Delivery Executives, including full time & Part time employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of job markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates.
Principal Responsibilities:
Source and attract qualified candidates for bulk hiring roles through job boards, social media, NGOs, referrals, etc.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including conducting background checks and verifying qualifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
Knowledge / Education:
12th Grade mandatory
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with blue-collar roles & bulk hiring.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Familiarity with local labor markets and regulations.
