Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and organized HR cum Admin Executive who can handle daily office administration tasks, maintain records, prepare reports, and support the sales team with reporting. The ideal candidate should be good at MS Excel and confident in managing office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general office administration work.

• Maintain and update employee records and office files.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for the MD.

• Coordinate with the sales team and take daily reporting.

• Assist HR with basic tasks like attendance, leave records, etc.

• Manage stationery, office supplies, and basic office needs.

• Follow up with vendors and service providers as needed.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Admin or HR Admin role.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, formatting, basic reports).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Able to multitask and handle work independently.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
