As an International Recruiter – BPO Hiring, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for voice, non-voice, technical, and support roles for international BPO clients. Coming from a consultancy background, you will leverage your expertise in bulk/mass hiring, international client coordination, and candidate engagement to meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for international BPO clients (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding).
Source candidates using job portals, ATS platforms, social media, and headhunting techniques.
Conduct telephonic and video interviews to evaluate communication, technical, and cultural fit for international processes.
Coordinate with clients’ HR teams to understand hiring needs, role specifications, and SLAs.
Handle bulk/mass hiring drives for voice and non-voice international processes.
Negotiate salary structures and ensure candidate alignment with company budgets and client requirements.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical international BPO roles.
Provide market insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor strategies.
Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio).
Strong knowledge of international BPO hiring (US/UK/EMEA/APAC shifts & processes).
Experience working in a consultancy environment with multiple client mandates.
Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, ATS systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environments.
Understanding of visa, relocation, and global compliance requirements (added advantage).
6 months –5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 6 months in international BPO hiring is must.
Experience in a consultancy or staffing firm managing multiple client accounts.
Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or equivalent qualification.
