We are looking for a skilled and resourceful HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruiting process. The ideal candidate will have experience in screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. You will play a critical role in building a strong talent pipeline and supporting our overall growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs
Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and career pages
Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals)
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Coordinate and schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Stay up to date with current recruiting trends and best practices
