Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process at Merida Tech Minds (OPC) Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent. You will also coordinate recruitment drives, manage job postings, and collaborate with department heads to meet hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.

• Post job openings on various platforms and manage the visibility of roles.

• Conduct background checks and coordinate onboarding activities.

• Organize and execute mass recruitment drives in colleges, corporate locations, etc.

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding hiring needs and progress.

• Meet recruitment targets within given deadlines.

• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and documentation.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Ensure all open positions are filled within the scheduled time frame.

• Consistently exceed client expectations through high-quality hires.

• Maintain recruitment records, databases, and reports.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate

• Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Interns also can apply)

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and resume databases.

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

• Sound judgment and ability to evaluate candidates effectively.

• Willingness to work 6 Working Days.
