We are looking for a dynamic and purpose-driven individual to join the Founder’s Office at Khushjot Foundation, a Section 8 non-profit working to empower children with special needs through therapy, education, and inclusion.

This is not a regular desk job — this is a mission-led role for someone who thrives in chaos, wants to work closely with the Founder, and can handle everything from team operations to execution of impact campaigns, community projects, and strategic expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end projects directly with the Founder — from idea to impact

• Coordinate with therapy teams, families, interns, schools, and external partners

• Draft proposals, reports, pitch decks, SOPs, and documentation

• Oversee daily operations of special initiatives like Project 1313, Weekend School, Inclusion Events, etc.

• Take ownership of fundraising campaigns, creator collaborations, and execution of inclusion-driven events

• Ensure timely follow-ups, team alignment, and accountability

• Represent the Founder in meetings and events where required

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication (English & Hindi), document drafting, and organizational skills

• High ownership, self-drive, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently

• Passion for working in the social impact or disability inclusion space

• Prior experience in operations, education, event management, or therapy-related fields is a bonus

• Strong emotional intelligence and respect for ethical service delivery

Compensation:

• In-hand Salary: ₹10000 TO 12000 + INCENTIVES

• Growth based on trust, performance, and contribution to larger mission

Location:

On-ground (Ghaziabad / Delhi NCR), occasional remote days possible
