Handle inquiries and proactively reach out to candidates.
Screen candidates for qualifications and work history.
Oversee background checks, drug tests, and other pre-employment processes.
Meet monthly hiring targets, focusing on critical roles.
Manage onboarding in SuccessFactors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience recruiting blue-collar workers in construction, transportation, logistics, etc.
Familiarity with DOT regulations and labor standards (preferred).
Strong understanding of blue-collar roles in construction, transportation, and logistics.
Skilled in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach.
Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple roles and onboarding tasks.
Problem-solving, adaptable, and goal-oriented in a high-volume recruiting environment.
Sales and negotiation skills to attract and secure candidates.
