Job Overview
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to facilitating offers and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting across multiple industries and will be proactive, resourceful, and dedicated to identifying top talent to support our organization’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned roles, from job requisition to onboarding.
Partner with departments to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and team dynamics.
Create and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards, social media, and other platforms.
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and recruitment events.
Screen and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through interviews, phone screenings, and skills testing.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Act as a liaison between candidates and department, facilitating interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback.
Guide candidates through the offer process, including salary negotiation and relocation assistance, when applicable.
Talent Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Develop and implement proactive recruiting strategies to attract passive candidates.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company’s culture and employer brand to candidates through various channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and mission.
Participate in job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment activities to increase brand awareness.
Reporting and Metrics:
Track key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction to ensure effective and efficient recruitment processes.
Provide regular updates and reports to HR leadership and hiring managers on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Onboarding:
Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, including completing necessary paperwork and facilitating the smooth transition into the company.
Ensure that new hires are properly introduced to their teams, tools, and resources.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in event sales.
Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles, including sales, business development, analyst, investment managers, sponsorship managers.
Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
