1. Source and recruit candidates for non-technical roles
2. Conduct interviews and assessments
3. Build relationships with clients and candidates
4. Manage end-to-end recruitment process
5. Meet or exceed recruitment targets
Requirements
1. Experience in non-IT recruitment
2. Strong understanding of non-technical job roles
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
1. Experience with recruitment software
2. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
3. Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition
