Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Consultant with 2 years of proven experience in recruiting for the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality candidates for banking, insurance, and financial services roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for BFSI roles (Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, etc.)
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
Source candidates through various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job fairs, etc.).
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job fit and organizational culture.
Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers.
Manage offer negotiation and onboarding process.
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of BFSI, BPO and manufacturing domain hiring practices.
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job portals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
MBA in HR is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in BFSI recruitment (banking, insurance sales, operations).
Familiarity with mass/bulk hiring drives and lateral hiring.
