We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should be passionate about identifying talent, building strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Understand hiring requirements for various roles across departments.
Source candidates through various channels: job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
Manage the offer and onboarding process, ensuring smooth documentation and communication.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and generate regular reports on hiring metrics.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Ensure adherence to HR and recruitment compliance practices.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidate profiles quickly and effectively.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices (preferred).
