• Designation: HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Name Of Organization: CARCRAFT SOLUTIONS

• Type of Work: Work from Home ( Full-time Employment )

• Qualification: Graduation Compulsory

• Experience: 03 months to 2 years or above with Excellent Communication Skills & Fast learner

• Salary: Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 15,000/- per month or Depending upon Interview + Incentives Monthly 2500 to 7500

• Working day / Time: Monday to Saturday ( 09:30 am to 06:30 pm )

• Note:

• Laptop & Simcard will be provided by us

• Preferred Female Candidates only from Badlapur to Ghatkopar & Navi Mumbai

• Should Have WIFI at your place

• Roles & Responsibilities:

• End to End Recruitment from analysing job requirements, sourcing, screening, and scheduling Interviews.

• Working closely with the hiring managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, Salary, Timing, Expectations etc).

• Screening, Shortlisting candidates sourced through portal (social media, indeed, Shine, LinkedIn etc) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.

• Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like internal database, job portals, Existing candidate’s relationships & referrals along with various other sourcing techniques to fil the positions.

• Interacting with candidate, doing initial screening. Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job role.

• Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.

• Conducting interviews based on specific selection criteria.

• Candidate Should Have Good Communication Skill’s.
