We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for various roles across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to identify and attract top talent.
Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews for different positions.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-up.
Manage offer rollouts and support in onboarding new hires.
Promote the company’s brand to attract quality candidates.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (EdTech hiring experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
