We are seeking a motivated and personable Part-Time Recruiter to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to call and engage with candidates, screen them for open roles, and support the recruitment process by ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Make outbound calls to candidates from our internal database or job applications.
Conduct preliminary screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and interest.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers or senior recruiters.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback.
Follow up with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
Collaborate with the HR/recruitment team to prioritize roles and hiring needs.
Maintain professionalism and uphold our company values in all communications.
Prior experience in recruitment, telecalling, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making cold/warm calls and speaking with diverse candidates.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Proficient in using Google Sheets, MS Office, or recruitment tools (ATS/CRM is a plus).
A laptop and a stable internet connection.
