Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
• Draft and post job descriptions across various hiring portals and social channels.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Assist in onboarding formalities and joining documentation.
• Support HR operations including attendance tracking, employee engagement, and other HR activities.
Required Skills
• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and hiring tools/job portals.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
