· Conduct periodic conversations with job-offered candidates of our client organization and share vital information with them
· Capture feedback from the candidate and raise the potential escalation to the HR or client.
· Intervening with the candidate periodically every week and capture the feedback.
· Ensure completion of daily targets.
Requirements:
· Educational qualification - Graduate or Post Graduate in Psychology Or MBA in HR
· Good communication, writing, listening and probing skills
· Good time management skills
· Personal laptop, mobile and a good internet connection, pre-installed MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & Outlook)
· Past HR/ psychology work experience would be an added advantage
