· Manage the Management’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling to optimize time and priorities.
· Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
· Handle confidential correspondence, emails, memos, and calls on behalf of the Management.
· Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and accommodation.
· Maintain and track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups for the Management.
· Serve as the primary point of contact between the Management and Employees.
· Draft, review, and proofread documents and communications.
· Facilitate smooth information flow across departments.
· Attend meetings with/for the Management and prepare minutes and action logs.
· Organize files, documents, and records (physical & digital).
· Support preparation of business reports, proposals, and presentations.
· Manage expenses, budgets, and reimbursements related to the Management.
· Coordinate events, conferences, board meetings, and executive gatherings.
· Conduct research, compile data, and produce briefing notes when required.
· Assist with special projects, initiatives, and strategic planning tasks.
· Monitor market or industry developments relevant to the Management’s focus areas.
· Identify process improvements to enhance executive productivity.
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field (preferred).
· 2-3 years of experience.
· Experience in fast-paced corporate environments is an advantage.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with digital productivity tools.
