Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, handle confidential matters with discretion, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Assist in planning and execution of meetings, events, and company activities.
Liaise with internal departments and external clients/vendors.
Track and manage daily priorities, ensuring deadlines are met.
Handle personal tasks and errands as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Marathi preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
