We are looking for a skilled and experienced **HR Manager** to lead core HR operations including **compliance, payroll, recruitment, labor laws, audits, and HR policies**. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of statutory laws and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR processes.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, PT, and labor laws

• Manage payroll processing and salary structure

• Coordinate internal/external audits related to HR

• Oversee employee lifecycle – from hiring to exit

• Implement and update HR policies and procedures

• Support in recruitment and onboarding activities

• Maintain HR documentation and statutory records
