Job Title: Payroll Executive

Location: Malad west, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for large volumes of employees (bulk payroll).

Maintain accurate payroll records, employee data, and statutory compliance documents.

Process salaries, reimbursements, bonuses, incentives, and full & final settlements.

Ensure compliance with statutory laws such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and Labour Welfare Fund.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams for payroll inputs, approvals, and issue resolution.

Generate payroll reports, salary registers, and MIS as required by clients or management.

Stay updated with changing labour laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Handle employee queries related to payroll and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in processing bulk payroll (500+ employees).

Knowledge of payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Spine, Saral, or equivalent).

Strong understanding of statutory compliances.

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or HR.

Prior experience in a payroll outsourcing/consultancy firm is highly desirable.
