पेरोल एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for a Payroll Executive to join our team at Shree Balaji Roadlines to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and payroll process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹24000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibility :

• Payroll Processing:

  Calculating and disbursing employee salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, and other compensation components accurately and on time. 

• Record Keeping:

  Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all payroll transactions, including employee information, earnings, deductions, and tax details. 

• Tax Compliance:

  Ensuring timely and accurate calculation and payment of all payroll-related taxes, including federal, state, and local taxes. 

• Benefits Administration:

  Managing employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other deductions, ensuring accurate processing and compliance. 

• Compliance:

  Ensuring the organization adheres to all applicable laws and regulations related to payroll, taxes, and employee benefits. 

• Employee Support:

  Addressing employee inquiries and concerns regarding their paychecks, benefits, and payroll-related matters. 

• Reporting:

  Generating various payroll reports for management, HR, and finance departments, providing insights into payroll expenses and trends. 

• System Management:

  Managing payroll software, staying updated with system upgrades, and troubleshooting technical issues. 

• Collaboration:

  Working closely with HR and finance teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline processes, and resolve any payroll discrepancies. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
