Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with strong expertise in Payroll Management and working knowledge of Recruitment. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and should also support hiring activities when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll (Major Responsibility):

• End-to-end processing of company payroll (salary processing, deductions, etc.)

• Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement

• Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other statutory deductions and filings

• Prepare and maintain payroll reports and salary registers

• Resolve employee queries related to payroll and salary slips

• Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement and audit

Recruitment (Secondary Responsibility):

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups

• Maintain database of applicants and job postings

• Support onboarding formalities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field

• 2 years of hands-on payroll experience

• Good understanding of Indian statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)

• Working knowledge of recruitment processes

• Proficient in Excel and payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Keka, Zoho Payroll)

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in HRMS/Payroll tools

• Knowledge of labour laws

• Strong communication and coordination skills
