Roles & Responsibilities :
End to end process payroll for employees on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and update employee payroll records (attendance, leaves, deductions etc).
Coordinate with HR and Account departments for new joiners, exits and salary revisions.
Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, etc).
Generate salary slips, payroll reports and other related documents.
Handle employee queries related to payroll, taxation and reimbursements.
Work with payroll software and ensure data integrity.
Assist in internal/external payroll audits and documentation.
Preferred candidate profile :
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Human Resources or related field
Experience in payroll processing (2-4 years preferred)
Experience with HRMS systems is preferred
