Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.

• Maintain and update payroll information, including new hires, terminations, leaves, and salary revisions.

• Ensure compliance with statutory laws such as PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, and other applicable regulations.

• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for salary inputs, benefits, reimbursements, and final settlements.

• Generate payroll reports, payslips, and statutory returns (e.g., Form 16, PF/ESI returns).

• Handle employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and deductions.

• Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping.

• Stay up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.

• Complete & Verification of employee's KYC.
